FAQ:

How much is it going to cost for a tattoo?

How much is a bag of groceries or a car? It could be a little, could be a lot... it truly depends on the subject matter, style, final size, placement and the overall time it’ll take for the artist to execute the piece. All of our artists price differently so consider who you’d like to work with and come speak to an artist about your ideas.

What tattoo should I get and where should I get it?

This is all a matter of personal taste and you should plan to discuss placement and design with your artist as some designs will look best in specific places and some designs need to be adjusted to fit your form. As a rule of thumb, small designs generally do not fit well in large places and limit you on future possibilities for larger pieces.
If you're interested in getting a tattoo, especially as an expression of your individuality, don’t settle for a tattoo already on someone else. Instead, find multiple images of what you're looking for and we will create a custom design for you. Understand that the images you gather will be a framework that we will build upon.

An artist will always welcome the challenge of a custom piece.

If your profession prohibits designs in specific locations you may want to consider placing your tattoo where it can be easily covered up with normal clothing.

How do I set up an appointment?

The best way to set an appointment would be for you to gather all of your references, look through our portfolios and come by the shop to speak with the artist you’d like to work with. The shop requires a $50 deposit to set an appointment and begin designing your piece. It’s non-refundable but your appointment can be rescheduled within 24 hours. After your appointment is set be sure to set a reminder for yourself and show up on time. We have an ATM on site and generally prefer cash.

Is it OK to get a tattoo if I'm sick?

Getting a tattoo when your immune system is potentially compromised is generally not the best option for you or your fresh tattoo. We pride ourselves in a sterile work environment but we work very closely with our clients and if we get sick, we do not work. If you feel like you may be getting sick please contact your artist to make the proper arrangements to reschedule your appointment.

Should I tip my tattoo artist?

It shows the artist that you appreciate their work and it makes it hurt less!!
(Just kidding, there isn’t much we can do about that...)
